Healthy Snacking | Guacolli | Easy Paleo Recipes

I almost wonder why I'm blogging this because this is so simple with so little ingredients.

On the other hand it is super tasty aaaaaaaaaaaand good for you and well... I took photos, so there's that...

So what is it?

Well it's basically guacamole but with a bit of broccoli in it and instead of biscuits I've gone ahead and used hulled tomatoes, which kind of makes everything a thousand times better.

& what ingredients will I need?

One avocado

One crushed garlic clove

1/2 squeezed lime

1/4 red onion, finely diced

1 teaspoon of chopped coriander

1/2 head of raw (or steamed) broccoli, dependent on if you want a crunch or not

Salt and pepper to taste

& then what...

And then moosh it all together and stuff it in your face.
