Bec will take a photo of your child to use for the class photo, so they can see all their friends, not just the ones that were present on their photo day.
Each class photo is personalised with your child's first name, their classroom name and your education centre's logo.
Fundraising
Our team loves to encouraging kids to lead a healthy, active and creative lifestyle and we want to help enhance your centre's learning environment.
When you book with Bec Peterson for your photo week, we will set aside time for families to have their photograph taken.
Each family will receive FOUR professionally edited photographs, in high resolution, and your centre will get to use 100% of all funds raised towards educational resources and/or activities. How awesome is that!!
There are only a limited amount of availabilities, so make sure to get in quick so your family doesn't miss out.

What makes Pop-Up Kidz different from other early learning centre photographers?
We aren't your everyday child care photographers. We actually excel with-in our field and our photographers are well known with-in the photography industry, having contributed to photography publications across the globe, as well as working alongside one of Australia's top kids talent agencies! Not only that, but our editing team has covered prestigious events, such as the ARIAs red carpet, performances and awards ceremony.
With numerous years of experience shooting weddings, portraits and lifestyle sessions we are use to being on the move and capturing that perfect moment.
What makes Pop-Up Kidz so special?
The team at Pop-Up Kidz are a personalised service, where we take the time to photograph your child in a variety of different poses, rather than giving you the same repeated image in different sizes. Not only that but we also give you the option to choose which images you want to print by providing you with the high resolution images and the ability to share you child's images online.
You will be able to share and reprint your child's photograph as many times and as often as you like!
How long until we receive our child's photographs?
Depending on the size of your centre, it can take anywhere between 4 - 6 weeks for digital packages to be delivered, simply because we will not accept anything less than perfect! Our editing team has paired up with one of Australia's leading professional printing labs, and we proof every single image from the first edits right through to the final prints before having them delivered to you.
We absolutely adore the quality produced by our team and we are positive that you will too!
A secure link to your child's online gallery will be provided to you via email. If you have received your child's photo pack please check your junk folder.
If you have accidentally misplaced your online link, give us a shout and we will work on having it delivered to you asap.
Who can view my child's online gallery?
Only you! Rest assured that your child's privacy is just as important to us as it is to you. Your child's online gallery is secure and can not be viewed by other centre parents or carers, unless you personally invite them to view it.
What if I want prints?
Additional prints, canvases, frames and other artworks can be ordered through your child's online gallery. Or if you would prefer to create your own photographic prints and gifts you can, as we supply both the low resolution images for online sharing and the high resolution images for printing.
What if I am unhappy with my child's photographs?
In the unlikely event you are disappointed with the images delivered to you, we will return to your education centre and re-shoot your child!
Please note that we do not remove any blemishes and it is up to parents/carers to ensure that their child is appropriately dressed for their photo shoot.
As for food and boogers, our assistants will do their very best to clean their cute little faces before any photographs are taken. And if your child is upset or refuses to participate we will come back to them when they are feeling more comfortable. But rest assured, we have only ever had terrific feedback, with parents/care givers being blown away with the superb quality of images delivered.
What if my child is sick during photo week?
If you have pre-paid your child's photo pack and they are too unwell to attend the centre during photo week, please contact us.
What if I didn't pre-pay?
While it will be too late to purchase your child's portrait pack once we commence photo week, you will still have the option to purchase your child's class photo, as we do aim to photograph every single child* just so as they are included in classroom memories.
*We will not take a child's photograph if it has specifically been requested by parents/carers not to, or if your child refuses to have their photograph taken.
How long do you remain at each centre?
This is very dependant on the size of your centre and how many children attend; however we aim to remain in centres for only a few hours each morning, so as not to disrupt your child's daily routine.
...& finally what about the educators?
We think the educators are just as important as the children and we want your children to remember the special team of people that impacted their lives from such a young age! Every educator will have their photograph taken to be included in the 8x10 classroom photograph and your centre will receive the high resolution digital files should you want to display them around the centre.
